These terms are an agreement between you and PayWithLedgr Ltd. covering your use of PayWithLedgr. By creating an account you accept them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You may not use PayWithLedgr if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction we cannot serve under applicable sanctions or financial regulation.
Your account
- Give accurate information, and keep it current.
- Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Wallets and custody
PayWithLedgr is non-custodial. Your assets remain in a wallet you control, and we never take possession of them. That also means we cannot reverse a transaction, recover a lost recovery phrase, or restore access to a wallet you no longer control. Safeguarding your keys is entirely your responsibility.
The card
- Cards are issued by our card partner and are subject to that partner's terms and to Mastercard network rules.
- A one-time activation fee of $1 applies. There are no monthly fees.
- Spending limits, availability and features may vary by region and can change over time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PayWithLedgr to:
- break any law, or fund activity that does;
- launder money, evade sanctions, or finance terrorism;
- impersonate anyone, or use another person's identity or wallet without authority;
- attack, probe, or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity and confirm that a linked wallet is yours before your card becomes active. We can suspend or decline service where verification fails or where we are required to do so by law.
Risk disclosure
Crypto assets are volatile and largely unregulated. Their value can fall sharply, and you could lose money. Nothing in PayWithLedgr constitutes financial, tax or legal advice. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or where required by a partner or regulator.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of profit, or for losses arising from your own handling of your keys, wallet, or device. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, or where we are legally required to. Unlinking your wallet does not affect the assets in it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the update.
