How soon can I start spending?
Most people are set up in under five minutes. Your card appears in the app as soon as your account is ready, and a physical card arrives within 7–14 days if you want one.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere Mastercard is accepted — online, in shops, and through Apple Pay and Google Pay in more than 180 countries.
What does it cost?
A one-off $1 to activate. After that there is no monthly fee, no annual fee, and no markup when you spend in another currency.
I have never used a crypto wallet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. If you do not have one, we will create it with you during setup — it takes about a minute, and every step is explained in plain language as you go.
Do you hold my crypto?
No. It stays in your own account throughout, and we never take possession of it. That is also why we cannot freeze it or lend it out.
Which wallets can I connect?
Xaman, Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Phantom, Ledger and most others. Funds sitting on an exchange cannot be connected directly, but we will show you how to move them across.
Do I need to hold XRP?
No. You can hold RLUSD or XRP, or bring assets from Ethereum, TRON, Solana or Stellar. Cashback is paid in XRP.
